Studio Efficiency - One large room with kitchenette and full bath. Queen and pull out sofa or two double beds.

1 Bedroom Suite - Separate bedroom and living room. Double bed in bedroom and a pull out sofa in living room with Kitchenette. Corner units have 2 Double beds or Double & Twin in bedroom & pull out sofa in living room.

1 Bedroom Cottage - Double bed in bedroom, pullout sofa in living room. Full kitchen. Private Deck and lawn area.

2 Bedroom Cottage - Spacious cottage: One bedroom with queen and one bedroom with a double bed and futon. Pull out sofa in living room. Fireplace, full kitchen and bath. Private deck and lawn area.

• Additional person rate is $15.00 per day for Ages 3 & Up
• Cots and Cribs available when reserved in advance at $10.00 per day
• There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends in May, June, September & October (excluding Holidays)
• Call for peak season minimum stays
• A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. 100% for holiday periods
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm Check out time is 11:00 am
• $15.00 day guest parking fee. All unregistered guests must check in. All unregistered vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

• Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $25.00 cancellation fee provided the cancellation is received at least fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival date. No refunds, credits or changes will be issued if cancellation is received within fifteen (15) days prior to date of arrival.
